Fiskers and the Ice Queen’s Palace – Book Review

Fiskers and the Ice Queen's Palace (Fiskers field mouse, #2)Fiskers and the Ice Queen’s Palace by Deryth Vine

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I enjoyed “Fiskers and the Ice Queen’s Palace” as much as the first Fiskers story, Fiskers Meets Santa Claus. Fiskers’s great act of kindness (from the first book) was never forgotten. In fact, the fame of it spread all throughout the North Pole. He journeys there again in a delightful way, makes new magical friends, and makes the acquaintance of the Ice Queen herself who loves kind folks just as much as Santa.

The details of the story are very charming. I love the author’s choices of characters, meaning which animal got which “role.” Very clever.

Adults and children will love the next Fiskers story as much as the first.
